The House Foreign Affairs Committee, of which Congressman McCaul is a senior member, will convene a hearing to discuss the Obama Administration’s response to the crisis in Syria, including the President’s request for an Authorization for Use of Military Force.

H.R. 2830 also prohibits further assistance to major foreign debt holders, such as China which alone holds $1.2 trillion in U.S.
