"It is unfortunate that two weeks ago this administration missed an opportunity to remove Gadhafi from power without the need for extended and costly US military engagement in Libya. WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Semiconductor Industry Association, which represents 60 companies accounting for 90 percent of semiconductor production in the United States, awarded Congressman Michael McCaul (R-Austin) with the 2011 SIA Congressional Leadership Award.
