WASHINGTON – Today, U.S. Congressman Michael McCaul (R-Texas) — chairman emeritus of the House Foreign Affairs Committee — voted for the Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act, legislation he marked up and advanced through the committee as its chairman last Congress. McCaul recently joined Chairman Brian Mast (R-Fla.) and Rep. Chip Roy (R-Texas) in re-introducing the bill, which passed the House by a vote of 243 to 140.
