Statement on 2008 Katy HS State Football Championship

"True champions overcome adversity to achieve success. And after losing their first two games of the season, the Tigers showed grit and perseverance to fight their way back into contention and bring a second straight football title back to Katy. I am proud of Coach Gary Joseph and his fine players. And I am equally proud that Congressional District 10 can claim yet another state football championship. Go Tigers!"
